The page was not found, but I have been following this appeal. This murderous piece of sh^t, should have been put to death several years ago, and the fact that his execution has been granted a reprieve from execution is a slap in the face to his victim's family members. This sets a dangerous precedent and I'm sure there will be more and more death row inmates who will be fighting their executions based on health issues, in the future! Hell, in order to insure he didn't suffer, all Ohio had to do was double or triple the dosage of the chemicals that would have been injected into his fat azz!!!!!!!! Besides, a little suffering was deserved!!!!!!! |

Yep ! Simply increase the cocktail and dose his big azz ! If not then put him on a one meal a day of two slices of white bread and a glass of water and let him lose his weight which would be very quickly on that diet. My question is how does he maintain his very overweight weight on prison food ??? Is he taking other prsioners food ? Is he paying the kitchen staff for extra food ? There has to be a reason he is able to not only maintain his weight but in fact get fatter while on death row ! I say carryout the sentence witha single .22lr to the base of the skull and be doen with it. This is beyond ridiculous and borders on insanity on the governor's part. |

Actually he was not pardoned, his sentance was changed (commuted?) from death to life imprisonment. He may not last long in the joint anydway as he will now probobly be apart of the regular prison population, not the safest place in the world. |

And B D a 22 does not always work well as I have been a first responder on 2 that the bullet just followed the scalp .Never entered the scull . |
