I hunt in Central NY, and would like to try some of the " No-Till " seeds for tiny food plots in the woods where the tree canopy is open enough to grow  plants.  Does anybody have any reccomendations on how to go about it, or what type of clover and similar plants would do well in the cooler climate of the Northeast ?  I'm talking little patches like 5 yards by 10 yards or so.

Throw and Grow is a good first time product that doesn't require a lot of work, and the package has the planting seasons and requirements listed right on the back of the bag, which is also true for most of the commercial food plot products. I always suggest that people pay a visit to their local seed and feed store and talk with the locals about what products have worked best for them, or what they would recommend for the particular area. What and when I plant down here in SC, may not work where you are, and vice versa.
