I need me a Buffle for my wall!
Fox too....Red....killed a bunch when I was a teenager about a hunnert years ago and adjoining county had a $1.00 bounty on them because of rabies out break....just bring the tails and get a whole dollar! Me and a bud had a reel to reel tape recorder with Fox pups being beat to death in a sack.....don't ask!....we would stand in back of pick up and dang gray foxes would damn near jump in bed with you!!! Reds would usually stand  50 or more yds out....we had a break down Nitro Hunter and a Page & Lewis SS rolling block .22.....some nites we made 10 or 12 dollars!!!!

Tom

If you want Buffleheads all you need to do is come to Maryland and hunt near the Bay on a river or on the Patomic.  Friend of mine and I shot the heck out of them last Wednesday

nice going papa bear! i had a similar encounter on monday morning when me and a client were set up early waiting for shooting time for ducks when a fox came waltzing past us at 10 yds! i never saw it comming or i would of had rich shoot it. but it happend so fast and was low light i wasnt sure if it was someones cat or dog. by the time i realized it was a fox it was too late. we did kill one a few years back on a waterfowl hunt when one came by at 20 yds with more light to properly id and set up for the shot.

good job!
