Garbo49, stick around, it will amaze you how a thread can twist and turn several times before getting back to the original topic.........if it ever does make it back!!!!!!!!

I'd really like to see a NAHC Store for all these items online and maybe mail a twice annual catalog for the folks that don't use computers. I've gotten some things in the past that I'd like to buy more of like the leather NAHC coaster. THey could sell coffee mugs, caps, women's apparel, men's apparel etc. and sell a good deal more. Many of us have no use for big gaudy rings and such.

Everything is available from "The Sportsman's Guide" eventually, and usually at a better price! BTW, I did just buy an actual US made (tang stamped) Schrade Pro Hunter that was made in the Schrade factory prior to them going out of business. It is the NAHC Life Member's Hunter Heritage edition with the gold engraved blade and leather sheath. I got it from SMKW's Knives Live TV program two weeks ago for $49.99 plus $5.00 flat rate shipping. When the NAHC offered this knife back in 2000 to Life Members they had it priced at $89.99 plus shipping, if I remember correctly. This wasn't one of the series that came with the display cabinet, but was offered as a single item. Considering that there are no more US made Schrade products, I figured this one will appreciate in value over time, even if it wasn't the NAHC special edition.
