I recently started to cast my own bullets, does any one have any sugestions for bullet lube other than store bought, im currently using the tumble method to apply |

The only bullets I cast are for my muzzleloaders, and I lube em with Bore Butter by hand. |

i do have that or something similar, and also only use it for my muskets, but im looking for something for metalic, it seems to be really hard to find the liquid alux, most places are sold out or its on back order, thats why im trying to find a good alternative, thank you though |

I have had good success with Rooster Jacket (available at Midway-usa) on target loads in several pistols. Kept below 900 FPS, it is easier to use than liquid Alox and just as accurate. I apply it after sizing, it dries to a fine film similar to factory 22 ammo. |
