My son and I are not happy with the outfitter we have been using in South Carlolina.
Not enough game, lies and no respect.

We are looking for suggestions out side of zone 1 or 2.
Have been hunting over bait for 10 years and like it.

Looking for a lodge and home cooking, no hotels and cook your own. I don't cook at home, why would I want to cook on vacation.

Want a pig and deer combo with no fences and would like to see a good quanity of game

Have booked with Blackwaater Outfitters in Ulmer South Carolina. Talked to several of his references. One had just returned the day before. They were seeing about 25 deer per day. They have a 12" mininum spread. They both said they passed on several racks because they were close to the 12" minium. The gentleman that just came home said the rut was in full swing. The season opens in August and to see a large number of racks and deer is all we can ask for. They take only 8 hunters at a time. If someone is looking for a place to go check them out.
