Okay!  I've always been the most vocal in my dislike of facebook and social media.  I was on StuffStuff, and for grins and giggles checked the facebook link, and lo and behold, there I was!!!!!!!!  Now the funny thing is that several years back when I was going to join facebook, I didn't continue with it and actually backed all of my information out of the page, due to the anti-gun bribe that popped up.  So, my question is HOW am I on facebook???????????  Well, considering that I'm there, I went ahead and linked my chit from StuffStuff to it, posted my reviews, and then went ahead and entered the Barnett Crossbow contest on here, a Yamaha contest, and the Outdoor Channel giveaway a day contest.  I admit it..........I am a hypocrite, since I swore I'd never participate but I figured if I can't beat the bustards, I may as well accept the fact that somehow or another they already had me by the short hairs, so I decided to take advantage of the situation! 

I'd suggest that any of you who ever began to sign up and changed your minds, need to double check.........you may be a member of facebook and not even know it, just like I was!!!!!!!!!!

ROFL!!! oh my goodness rt you facebooker you!! well now you can join lots of give-a-ways there!! have fun lots of crap out there in facebook land! they even have some very good games!! have fun bud!! i am hooked on the game called "hidden chronicals" it is kinda like where`s waldo but on steroids!! rofl!!!

You're learnin' RT.  You don't have to have any "Friends" defined or actually do anything with it.  There's virtually nothing on FB that can't be done without it and  without all of their tracking crap and if I can't find it without a hook into FB, then F it, I don't need or want it.

I submitted a complaint to the club as some of the contests require FB and I too refuse to follow. The response was a very cordial sorry and that they had entered me based on my profile. But I certainly don't want to have to do that daily!!! Perhaps we need to start a campaign to ban the FB necessity for members???

shireyrd, you must be new to the club. We, the membership, don't have any say in how the company operates, and they don't give a damn how we feel about an issue. Posting here, only gets the information to the members, since the company doesn't participate on the forums, and spitting into the wind will accomplish just as much as contacting the company!!!!!!!!!
