Have case separation with T/C Encore with reloads after 1 or 2nd reloads.   Anyone have same problem?  Any answer?

Can't really help you. I had the same problem with Federals Estate shotgun shells. (steel shot) They told me to send them the remaining 5 boxes that I had left over from a case, and they would send me 7 boxes back. That was 7 months ago, and haven't seen my shells yet. If I were you I would repost your question in the Reloading section or Firearms. Their is alot of people on these forums that will be able to help you.
