Black one in the middle is probably the only REAL good eating one. Unless they are sows, the others are gonna be "IFFY" at best. But I'll still take 'em out.

Different but not alot. Some tastes just like store bought, other parts are more wild tasting and yet others are simular to beef. Best way to cook them I think is a big hole in the ground and cook them whole.
