Our season opens in the morning, and ofcourrse, RAIN!  Oh well, deer don't mind it!

Hah! Maybe in our younger days Paul. Thats funny. Hey, as far as the rain goes.......oh well. Its all a 'state of mind'.

Heading down to southern Ohio this weekend. Will let you know how it all goes if it goes well. This property we manage and mature bucks are the only thing taken until after gun law and then we thin the doe heard as needed. So we will see.

I did shoot a spike horn on opener Brian. Just a sprinkle, perfect morning, only an hour in the stand. I'm exploring new hunting areas now, I have three doe tags!

Congrats!  Good to hear someone getting one.  Heard a lot of people seeing them but no one shooting.

Leaving work at 2:00 on Friday and going out.  Then I'll be out Sat. most of the day and Sunday a.m.  Hopefully I'll see something.  There's a nice scrape about 45 yards from my stand.

I haven't been able to get out yet as I am working 7 days a week but I'm hoping to hit the woods soon got a couple nice ones on camera so we will have to see

Goof job Paul! The stats look pretty good for Ohio opening week. Maybe a good year for all.
