Well Im a new hunter and got a question, Im going to Huntsville NationL Forest to hunt next week,
what will be best get a climbing stand or jut stock and high brushes?
If any body can please advise me on this I will appreciated.

Wow mtrevino...im not too familiar with that area even though its only a couple of hours from me...Im south of Houston...but as i was told thats some pretty thick brush.. im not sure on that...but if it is i would go with a climbing stand...but im not sure its part of the ( BIG THICKET) or not...so have patience and maybe somebody else will comment and give better instruction than i can...but ill try to research the area...for future refrence..good luck

Thanks. I got me one any way and going to take it with me,
Im goint to this this site this weekend and then there is another bowhunting only area that I'm going to try,
that one is next to lake Conroe exit 102 on 45 north then west.
Have a good hunting season.

You need to check with the forest service office before you go. Some forests do not allow the use of climbing or lock on stands. Good luck to you.
