I loaded some rounds for a .300 RUM. My cousin had some once fired Vortec Barnes brass in .300 Rum. The primers installed easy, so I don't know if they were loaded too hot. The brass will not take another loading. The brass did not flow around the  extractor pin, or maybe the brass lacks integrity. Let me know if anyone has had the same experence. Good luck.

I have heard that some brands of primers seat very easily. I do not remember which ones so maybe others can add more info.
