Nice! We were out Halibut fishing last night. One lingcod, that was below reg length so it went back. But with a night like this, who cares?

Gut, did you kill all those fish in Lake Erie and only kept the two you wanted?

Tens of thousands of fish die in Lake Erie

Pawpaw Jim I cannot tell a lie the night before we were drinking beer and eating pickled eggs and well it was just a little fart.

Seriously can't tell a lot from the picture but those look a lot like whitefish. In the past I've seen lots of floating fish in late summer when a blow turns the water over and the temp change shocks fish.

Eastern basin of Erie.

Just picking....Seriously, I had just read your post with those beautiful fish and then when I read the news
I said that sounds kinda of "fishy" and I couldn't resist.

What we need to do is to get Gut to my house, pick Papaw up in Monroe and go to Brians and go catfishing in Bodcau...

Oh yeah, glad you got out and whacked some nice fish, Bill!!
