Nonresident black bear hunters will only be able to hunt in one of two ways! #1 Apply for and recieve a Drawing Permit or #2 Hire a liscensed Hunting Guide! A resident 2nd of kindred will not suffice!

Did you notice the game regs now prohibit the use of deer or elk urine (as in scent) in the taking of game? That's new if I recall.

Ya I did Jim. However, bein' a youngster, I know that it really doesn't make any differance to a bush ape like you. I know that you would rather get out there and beat the bush, climb the mountains, as to sit in a stand, watchin; over a bait bucket, salt lick or some other source of inticement!
