Any1 been out scouting? Seeing anything?   I been out 3 times and the last time  i saw 11 doe and a 4 point buck.

Yeah, my buddy and I have been sitting in our hang-on stands for a couple of hours during the weekend mornings, and once or twice a week after work. Not seeing too much while we are there, but I've been alternating the trail cam between our spots and there are a bunch of doe in the area, but only a couple of bucks mugging for the camera.

We've been seeing a lot of bachelor groups with some REALLY nice bucks every time we go out spotting them at night, so I know they are out there.

Seen a few smaller racked bucks. Nothing special yet, but still have time.

I was out again and seen a nice herd of about 12 doe. No big racks yet. Just some small 4 pts and some spikes.

Sorry I meant no big racks yet.

Well I'll be going out to 2D Sat. , best my brother saw was a nice 7 pt. with a couple smaller ones all out in the open . My stand is up in the woods in the staging area , maybe there's a better one inside the edge , got over a month to find out .

I have only spotted does while out, but the game cams have a few smallish buck, spike through what looks like a 6 pointer.

spotted 17 does last night, and saw a small rack buck this morning coming out of the corn.

My brother told me yesterday that while sitting in his wives hunting shed he saw a spike and a six point come out to feed , then the seven point showed up . The six point went back to the woods , but the spike went to him and tried butting heads . The seven point wasn't too interested at first but the spike persisted until they got into a fight . He said it was the most unexpected thing to see as the spike put that seven point to the ground several times before they called it quits .

Good luck to everyone. I been hunting 8 yrs and have never gotten anything. I hope this yr will be different since I am taking my 8 yr old daughter along. Hope she will be with me when I get my 1st deer wether it be a doe or a buck. Happy and safe hunting to everyone.

My daughter must of been the luck I needed. I shot a doe. Only seen 2 all day.

Congratulations Huntnrich! Glad you had your little good luck charm with you when you got your first deer. Success is sweet. Hope it opens the flood gates for you.

She liked everything except the gutting. She was great at helping me track. I kept saying i missed after i shot. But she insisted that i hit. Deer went about 80 yards b4 we jumped it. Doe went another 70 yards b4 we found her. Wasn't to bad I thought 1st deer with crossbow and it was a 32 yard shot. My daughter can't wait till she can be the 1 hunting. Told her next year so that gives us all this season to prepare 4 her hunts.
