Impressed for the money with some minor issues. The knife is well made, well balanced and has a good hand feel and control. It holds an edge well. My concerns/issues lie with the sheath. It's a composite/plastic composition and the knife has wiggle-room to move when placed into the sheath. Not sure I care for that as the edge could be affected over time. But, the sheath also has a sharpener built in (see last pic - the "v" is the built-in sharpener). Nice feature. My other concern with the sheath is the piece of rubber that secures the knife in place. I think the "normal" belt style restraint with a snap would be more secure and withstand the test of years better, but I could be wrong. You can see the knife in place with the restraint in place and un-done. Overall, for the price; good knife. I gave it a 4 star rating vs 5 due to my concerns over the sheath.

I would love to try the strap I believe that the rubber will act as the one on a gun rack or as one on a four wheeler if took care of it should hold better than the old style they would hang on a branch and unsnap and if your blade was not long enough you could loose your knife. Also I love the sharpener so you know you can get a good cape cut without tearing the hide..

Yeah, I like the sharpener too. As for the strap, hope you're right.
