I love making deer tips and rice out of the stew meat and some of the tenderloins. I just soak it in Italian dressing for around 4 hours lightly rinse and cut up to small size. put seasoned meat tenderizer on it with some garlic and onion powder mix well. Fry till cooked and toss in some gravy and serve with rice. Last time I made it I had 5 picky kids eat it and love it ( They had no Idea it was deer).

I like doing up a roast in the crock pot and then shredding up the meat and serving it over some some rice mixed with stewed tomatoes myself. Venison in general tastes good with rice.

Another good recipe: 2lbs  Deer Tips cut into biteseized pieces browned with 1 chopped bellpepper, 1 chopped onion, 2 cans of mushroom steak sauce and 1 14 oz can of consdesned cream of mushroom soup. Atfer browning deer and bellpepper and onions place every thing in a 5qt crockpot on low heat and simmer for 3 hrs. Serve over rice. Makes 6 serveings.
