Was watching a program and the host mentioned that he couldn't wait to eat his favorite part of the deer, the kidneys.  I usually take the liver and heart but never thought of the kidneys.  Anyone eat these and care to pass along some recipes and how to treat them before prepping.  Thanks in advance.

Can't say I've ever tried them or heard of anyone else eating them

The only thing kidney I think I'll stick to eating is kidney beans
