I just saw that the 2012 Virginia Outdoor Sportsman Show will be held at the raceway complex on 10-12 August.  I've been the past few years and really enjoyed it.  I didn't get an email about it as in years past but I googled it and found the 2012 website.

Dan,
I don't know if you know it or not, but the Gander Mountain in Ashland is in the process of closing, if it isn't alredy closed. If it is still open, there's probably not much left in the store. Once the store closes, Green Top is supposed to be moving into the building. Also, BPS is having some free seminars all that weekend. I'm planning on hitting the Outdoor Sportsman show in the morning then take in some seminars at BPS.
