I live close to Kirksville. Close to NEMO as you can get.

That"s a little north east of me, not too far though.  CWD was found  in Davis CO Iowa. I have a neighbor that raised Deer and he had it. Had to get rid of all of them. That is the problem with penned Deer. Give me a holler when you get up this way.

Well I just got back from a week long trip to Missouri and was successful with a 6 1/2 year old 7 point! Had to take him out of the heard. Found 1 deer on the property that appeared to have died in the spring from Blue Tongue or something...Was still in velvet...We also took 9 doe, an 11pt and a 13 pt off the property. Think we could probably take another 10 doe off the land but would have to donate the meat cause that would be too much for all of us to eat lol. Had a nice relaxing week to say the least!

Glad you had a good hunt. Haven't been around the computer much, just now reading this. The deer needed thinned down here, too many of them. Lot of people wanting deer that don't hunt. Meat can be donated at meat lockers for share the harvest.
