This whole site looks kinda like a place to get you to buy something more then to have you test anything!
Most of us that have been around for a while pretty much gave up on looking for test items, they just never
seem to be willing to send anything to test, endless it's something you can buy at Wally World and usually cheaper then they say it costs!!!!  jmho

I asked how much money they were makeing off of what ever they sell .

i don't know how many of you got suckered into joining trophy status but i did and they stated that as soon as i was paid in full i would get this great expensive item to test and that trophy members would be getting way better stuff no pun intended to test then other members!well i was paid in full a long time ago, maybe years, can't remember that far ago. well anyways i never recieved it  was told many times i'd be put at the top of the list . what a joke still have'nt recieved anything yet. how about i make a deal ! send me a muzzleloader or a crossbow ,something i can really use and you'll never have to send me another thing ever!! i promise! i won't sign up for anything again. or just send me what was promised me when when i signed up for trophy status!think i joined in the 80's can't even find out how long i've been a member! maybe i should just ask for all my money back . have a nice day ! all about the money

I am so sick and tired of all of the freeking *itching, moaning and whining about not being given something fabulous to test I'm about ready to bail again. It's to the point of being ridiculous. NO ONE PROMISED YOU ANYTHING, READ PEOPLE!

And as for the TLM, I thought I read you'd get something to test in the thirty dollar range. This place has ONE speed... SUPER slow.

You know something funny?  Look at how many folks are iin the club and how many are online at one time?  We are talking hundreds of thousands and only a hand full are ever on the hunting sight at one time.  Then, go look at archery.com's sight.

yah, sorry Paul.... It just really got to me. It seems as that's all this site is anymore; just a place to complain about not getting free stuff. It really may be time for another self-imposed hiatus until school starts again. ;-)

take a chill pill! the big issue is not being able to sign up with ss, if you seen my other posts,and as far as trophy status, when i email them 3 times in the last couple of years as to what's going on,and they fully understand and say i should be getting it soon and i don't. it's kinda prommising me something and not coming through with it. and yes in the paperwork they sent for signing up for trophy status, the ones who signed up would also be testing products way better than the rest!(FACT). just wish i would have kept that letter. and now with the test program going down , do you really think i'll get it now?don't really care about getting anything( FREE) anymore not even going to try to sign up with ss anymore. i tested a few things over the years so i guess i'm good. so i'll just sit back and suck in all the great ideas and suggestions the people here on the forums have to share. have a great day.

The dozen or so invitations I've received since the TLM program came out, sometime around 2003, all mentioned that TLMs would "qualify" for more and better field testing "opportunities". Again, as with every membership level, there were NO PROMISES of actually getting test items..........just an opportunity!!!!!!!

BTW, I finally received the e-mail notification about SS, this morning!

encore! they are very carefull in the way they word anything!! you should have kept it! i have gotten many of them like rt! it allways says you have an "opportunity" to win!

i agree with you %100 but i was talking about  the item or items i was supposed to recieve upon final payment  when joined trophy. never got it. end of{1}*****ing! thanks.

holly i've been a member starting in 87 i'm not going anywhere.i think everyone reads just what they want to out of what people say.1st off i can't get into stuffstuff, why? i don't know and now i don't care.was just inquiring as to why i could'nt sign up. and if you talk to someone that has signed up for the trophy membership (maybe you are, i don't know) anyways either in the pack you got after signing up or after final payment you were supposed to get a gift of some sort,$10-$20-$30 what ever. i'm not complaining about the test items  i know it's all by chance. just was inquiring about the signup gift everyone else got. i did'nt get one. and when i emailed the club they appologised and said i'd be getting it soon. that's been years now. i don't want someone saying i'm whinning and crying about something that i was'nt promised. so if not everyone who signed up for trophy membership, did'nt get their gift then i'm not alone.how else can a person find out what's going on around here if they don't inquire and ask questions? if you don't want to respond don't! you won't break my heart. just talk to trophy members and ask if they got a gift or not. see i was edited in last post- said the b  word. sorry about that.---tom

tom, i am sorry you didn`t get your tester product! when i became lifer i got a battery lantern! craped out in 2 months!! ROFL!!!!

now as for stuffstuff!!!

as i have been saying i can`t finish enrolling with them! when i contacted them i got a tech named "ryan" (i think), he started helping me, sent an e-mail to which i responded, the next day i get a responce from a "leah" who knows nothing of what "ryan" and i had disscussed the day before! so i start over with her, the next day i get a "chris"( i believe), who knows nothing of what was disscussed between me and either of the other 2! guess what i am back to "ryan" and get to start over again!!! because he is starting with the begining again!!! like he doesn`t even remember me, well i remember them!!! this is getting annoying fast!!

encore, on the initial membership gratitude gifts, those are indeed promised. Have you tried calling the customer service number you can find at the bottom of this page in the "contact the club" section? Several other people seemed to have some problems, also, and they were able to get them solved by direct contact. From what I've seen, the majority of people who have experienced the same problem you have, were on the payment plan, rather than a single pay. Let's face it, there aren't a lot of NAHC employees who have both oars in the water!!!!!!!!

thanks for the comeback responses, did'nt want it to seem like i was coming on too strong, yes like i stated i did contact them both with email and by phone, no big deal anyways, after talking to someone else they said i did'nt  miss much just some junk from china thanks all ---tom

I agree with you it is getting annoying with stuff, i have had issues the last few days trying to complete everything , i have had no problem linking my club here , my facebook, but it wont let me link my twitter account so I am not getting the points for that connection, also the tech people they have there are pretty much clueless as you have seen, they post generic responses, dont have a clue how to resolve an issue when you spell it completely out, kaite is the tech person i have had she is clueless, i have just resolved not to follow them on twitter and have let many people know how unorganized they are are with their site, now with the other issues some have had with the trophy membership, I have not had any problems with mine , everythign has gone as stated, for the extra item to test I received a crkt pocket knife I did my review and sent it in, pretty uneventful, I have had i think 4 or 5 items  so far to test , nothing of any great value though just small items that many might buy , I think the club should have kept the testing in house and not send the program out to another site that they have no control of, I miss the chatroom , but havent been looking for it for a long time anyways , it was usually empty , I think the club needs to focus on what they can fine tune within themselves rather then letting some other group handle it ,, this is just my two cents worth and we are a large group so we will have small problems now and then, but i think stuff was a mistake on this one.

on another personal note or observation , I think maybe so many have problems getting the extra points could be they dont want anyone to make it to level 3 at the 50 point mark, seems many of us that wereover 50 then reduced, or are sitting at 48 points and teh twitter points wont activate( hmmm doya wonder, since its 2 points?), to me it seems that as long as no one gets to 50 or over they wont have to honor the level 3 items, just seems odd that we all have similar issues at that point, I do have a friend thatis an agent with the FBI that deal with internet fraud and cheats, I may continue to monitor this issue with stuff and if thats what it seems to be I may turn it over to him and his office to look into , could be a bigger issue than we know of with them around the internet, these days there are more and more ways people or companies are trying to get more out of people without giving anything in return..

I did the register thing and it doesn't work for me . It has my e-mail address but tells me it's wrong when I try to sign in . The NAHC has been worthless as far as getting any help . They tell me the same worthless crap when they respond to my e-mails . What a joke !!! v
