Is it just me or are other people starting to get bills for items they never ordered and never received?  After contacting NAHC about being billed for never received items I was told to pay for them when they arrived, 2 months later bills keep arriving but never the items.  For 2 months I have not even received the magazines, yet the bills still keep arriving.  My membership expires this summer and I will miss reading the forums.  Many of you seem like people I would not mind sharing a hunting camp with.

Back to their old tricks again. Received 2 books on the same day, checked billing and found 5! items they want me to pay for. I paid for the 2 I actually received and contacted the club about not sending me anything else.
If anyone from the company reads this stuff PLEASE STOP SENDING ME STUFF AND BILLING ME FOR ITEMS I NEVER ORDERED OR RECEIVED!

I had been invoiced for the Wild Game, Wild Country calender, on 9/21, my account showed that it was shipped on 9/28. After two e-mails to the company, I received a reply that billing was usually prior to actual shipping, and to ignore any notices until receipt. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I explained to them the two calenders are the only items I purchase every year, but I'll be damned if I'll pay for anything before I get it. I finally received the calender on the 15th, so I paid for it online, today.

The process of invoicing and shipping should be coordinated so that items are received and then we get billed for them...........NOT the other way around. Once again, this company is run by a bunch of monkeys who are all trying to fugg a football, instead of actually doing something intelligently!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't. They are sent out automatically in the "try it and buy it" program. There are two different calenders. One is "Deer of North America", and the other is "Wild Game, Wild Country". These are the only two items I don't return every year. I like them because they are nice sized and have big blocks in which I can write down important things, such as birthdays, doctor's appointments, Travis' NJROTC events, school meetings, etc. I always put one in my home office, and the other on my bathroom wall right next to the door that connects my bedroom to the bathroom. That way after I get out of the shower, brush my teeth, and put my eyes in, it's the first thing I see as I go into my room to get dressed every morning!!!!!!

The deer calender cost $21.98, and the wild game one costs $16.98. You may be able to order them if you contact customer service, just in case you didn't automatically get them.

BTW, everything else that they send, I mark "Refused, return to sender".

ah - that explains it. Thanks. No, I'll pass - I finally got them to stop sending me crap an I don't wanna take the chance.

Go to work Fri before the mail arrives and just get home an hour or so ago and guess what I find, after online contact and phone contact telling the "club" specifically to NOT send anything I did not order, another book. Now maybe this was shipped before the last communication with them so I will let this go. If anymore arrive though ...

I haven't gotten a book in several years. The cheap "collector" knives, are a different story. I did purchase the original LM knife collection several years ago, and have been pleased with the set of American knives and the display cabinet. But I have no interest in these plastic handled pieces of crud that they are pushing now.

After phone calls and contacting the club through the website, I am still billed for items I never ordered and never received. Besides telling them a few times that I will NOT pay for these items because I never asked for them, never got them and previously called the company and said to not send me anything I did not order and then using the contact the club option here to tell the company to not send me anything what is there to do?
And they wonder why I never "upgraded" to life or trophy level memberships...

Strange! Every time I get one of the "try it and buy it" items that we AGREED to in our original membership agreement, I simply mark it "refused, return to sender". Then if I get a bill for it I simply return the bill with the day I received it and the day I refused and returned it. Then I receive an e-mail advising that it usually takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, but they will go ahead and credit my account. Sure enough, within a day or two, the item is no longer showing on my account. I've been doing it this way ever since I joined in 1977, and have yet to be repeatedly billed for any thing. I did just have a problem with not getting my Wild Game Wild Country calender, and when it did come, the postmark was about 14 days prior to the receipt date, so I believe part of the problem in that instance was with my local post office..........which like most Federal agencies doesn't hire the best and brightest, and tends to be an overall suck azz operation. I've also heard of postal employees who like to steal certain magazines and products from certain companies, because they don't like hunting and are anti-gun idiots!!!!!!!

Whenever I've had that happen, I've sent them a pm, explaining that the item was never delivered, and within a few days, it's been deleted from my account, and an e-mail was received that verified that customer service has cleared the item.
