Coming back to Phoenix from college in 2 weeks and looking to get in some hunting this summer... I've had to put all my redneck adventures on hold while I'm out here in Boston for school and could really use a nice coyote, rabbit, or anything else over the counter for that matter when I get home. Any suggestions on what areas I could go to or what game I could go after to have the most success? I'm getting that itchy trigger finger and lookin to drop a few animals in the dirt.

thanks,
J.W.

Coyote hunting has been tough around the valley area lately. The summer heat has been showingit self lately and I have not heard of anyone doing any good. The closest I have come is having some howl back to my challenge howls but none would show enough interest to come check things out. About the only thing I have called in lately is a humingbird. If things pick up I will be sure to let you know.

I appreciate it! I was afraid that was going to be the case, let's hope it changes sometime in the near future.

Things are starting to cool down finally, for how long I am not sure. If the weather stays this way for a few more weeks I am sure that I will be out looking to call some coyotes.
