I presently have 13 PP and I think I can draw a tag soon. Can anyone recommend an Outfitter for a Bighorn Sheep Hunt in 2013. I'm interested in a horseback hunt, outfitted camp and a rugged hunt.

I would recommend you consider John Porter's Morning Creek Outfitters: http://www.wyominghunts.com/  I have sucessfully hunted bighorns with John and he is a top notch hard core sheep hunter. Over the years, he has run over 95% on sheep and his outfit has taken over 150 rams.  Good luck with both your draw and your hunt!
