Congratulations! I'm jealous because I got skunked again this year!

You didn't say if you're from Arizona or not, so I'll assume not.  Unit 8 is a good unit for late bull and has fairly good vehicle access.  Weather at the end of November has been unusually warm and dry the last few years, but be prepaired for snow just in case. Dry and warm means water will draw them in, but all the other hunters know that too.  Scout the areas for a mile or so around water sources for sign and hunt that instead of crouding the water holes with the new guys.
The bulls are quiet this time of year and will rarely bugle.  Use any bugles you hear strictly as a locater.  They won't answer agressive calling, but I've had some luck with trying to make a calf call sound like a young bull.  They seem to be annoyed at the youngster that won't leave them alone.  There are some rough canyons in this area if that's what you like.  The really big bulls will not be with the cows and will most likely be as high up as they can get when they bed down around 9 or 10am.  Look for them either on NorthEast slopes, or in narrow cuts at the top of canyons that give them the ability to shift position from one side to the other as the sun moves.

To hunt the bulls that stay with the cows just get ahead of them in the eavening as they come down the mountains and softly cow call.  This may pull them in your direction.  Keep your eyes, ears, and nose open and use your optics instead of your feet to see more area.

Hope this helps!

My limited AZ experience says Bulls may have left cows by then. Be laying up nursing goring wounds from fighting or trying to regain strength from fugging or both....gotta scout and scout hard....they may well be in the high "HeII Holes"....

Always had luck with the lost cow call pulling in bulls when I've hunted for cow, definetly bring warm clothing, cold snaps happen quite often!
