Need help finding a respectable outfitter. My dad and I don't have many opportunities to hunt together much any more since I've started a family and he is taking care of my step mother recently diagnosed with colan cancer and other complications. That being said there is not much in finances between the two of us but my step mother called me up and asked me to put together a hunt for the two of us. Our budget is $3000 so his dream of a mule deer hunt is out. So instead I'd like to put together a mix bag hunt somewhere in the southeast, Kansas or Texas. I'm looking at something along the lines of an upland mixed bag, duck, dove, deer, and perhaps other small game. Primary interest is upland birds, ducks and deer. The hunt period of about 3 or 4 days. Basically a chance for us to get out, hunt, and have a unique opportunity. He's mainly deer hunted all his life and has rarely experienced the other fine hunting that is available. Do any of you have sugestions or offers for this budget hunt?
