Anybody out there hunt in Guernsey county near Birmingham? Just leased a new 180 acre lease and have no bucks on
our trail cams yet. Put out 600 lbs of corn and have nothing but the same does on camera. Should I be concerned? seems to be a great area, but we are concerned we have made a bad decision leasing this property.  Anybody having a similar experience? Would appreciate some feedback from any hunters in the area.

if you have doe you will have bucks, keep feeding them, and the rut will be great,, I have used trail cams 12+ yrs now, and at my farm, I seldom get pic's of my bigger bucks, yet there there, I see them eating and about, just never get a trail cam ptc

so that means some deer just don't get caught on cam

so odds again are there bucks on the land you just haven't seen them, but there there

Guernsey Co is known for their bucks. I'm with sirbuster, if you have does......you have bucks. 600 lbs of corn and you should have the whole County deer population over there......(+: ! These Ohio bucks are pretty smart though and if they know you're from Pa they won't show!

I don't use a trail camera. Tell ya why...........everybody else at our club has two or three cameras in their areas and I get to see all the bucks I want. Come this time of year, I'll see most of them. Guaranteed. Just passed on a 130" 8pt this wkend cause I know there's bigger ones out there.
