I purchased a Stealth Cam Prowler XT, three weeks ago and loved it. Note; LOVED IT, upon last inspection, yesterday, it is now missing! Yes, someone else is now loving it! Fellow hunting associates, B.S.. I really, REALLY hate people!

I can feel for you, I've had cameras destroyed, cards stolen, but the bustards around here rather just fugg 'em up than steal 'em, so I know they aren't even "hunters". These are somply punk sum beitches who are tresspassing and on a destruction for the sake of destruction mission!!!!!!!!!!! I only hope I can be in one of my stands with a rifle in my hands when they come along one of these days!

Yes, officer, I was shooting at this big buck, and since this is private, posted property, I had absolutely no idea that those people were out there when I shot at the deer and killed them by accident!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Wildview game camera about 8 years ago at Wal-Mart for $60.00. It has never leaked in all kind of storms, etc., no corrosion of contacts, and makes better colored pictures than my hunting buddy's high dollar cameras. Two weeks ago I had 328 pictures on it of a great 11 point, 9 pont & eight point all together in a group as well as a spike and a few does. I am thinking about buying another one. I don't see paying high dollars for something that could get stolen ( like a couple of our hunts club members did) or smashed just for meanness. Yeah, I know, those high dollar jobs have the latest technology and apps. Each to his own. I'm happly. And, yeah, let me catch someone stealing or smashing my camera or gear.

I just picked up a Wildview IR at wally world for $60.00. I have a sensitive spot where I want to put a cam, but if it flashes eventually someone will steal it. It's along our 1/4 mile of HWY frontage. I figured I'd try a cheap one first to see how it works out.

Spend a little money and buy one of the new remote cams. Why is it when I first started using trail cams they made them hard to steal by passwording them and having the option to screw them to the tree?

I didn't have to use any special software with my cuddy. The pics downloaded with my windows media manager program, just like all of my other trailcams, and my regular camera. I've had the cuddy for a couple of months, and the others vary from one to three years old.

I am looking at the Wildgame Innovations ir10X I have not been able to find any reviews on it. It has a ton of cool features, but I would like to here from people who have actually used it.

I have a few cameras,Stealth c back,Wildgame,Moultrie and I have had problems with everyone of them.I have a question.Has anyone had problems using the cards from one camera to another? And also has anyone had your camera taking pictures but no pictures appear?  My Wildgame D8 works great, beautiful pictures. My Moultries are also good. I have the solar charging panels to preserve battery power.  I just wish they all had a faster trigger speed. They are fun to use if they work like they advertise them to.

sunburst, my moultrie does that, and I even put it on the same tree right above my cuddy, and the moultrie took pictures of nothing, while the cuddy never triggered until there was something on the corn pile they were focused on.

I contacted Moultrie a month ago about my camera D 50. The rep I talked to said that model was a big disappointment to the company. They only made that model for two months. They still sold them. I had problems with no pictures on my card after two weeks in the woods. He recomended using Moultrie cards in Moultrie cameras and not using cards that have been in other brand cameras. I will give it a try.  Also when I set it on video and I play it back it stops half way through, Very disappointing.

I agree w/ rthomas. I own 4 wildgame cams I'm sure there are better ones out there. But on public land where they can get stolen. or just getting more cams for your cash you can't beat'em.

moultrie I 35cameras were being promoted through moultrie. 2 cameras for $150.00 plus s/h .I fell for it and now regret it. grainy pictures in low light, poor night pictures, 2 second trigger speed. good news no one would want to steal them.

I purchased a Wildgame camera a while ago. I think it was a D 6. It did not take good pictures . I sent it back and they sent me another D6, still the same problam. I contacted them and told them I was disappointed in their product and did not want another D6. They told me they were sending me a different camera. It was the D8. This camera is the best one I own. I would buy another one.

Trigger speed is important to me. I want to see what triggered the camera besides thinking it was the wind. I have a lot of tail shots. Moultrie cameras do have slow trigger speed. I do not know why they all can't have decent trigger speed. My Cuddy Bach is my fastest camera but not my favorite. I would like to try the New Cuddy Bachs but a little out of my budget. Just have to make do with what I have.LIVE TO LOVE THE HUNT

Question, If you know what type of deer are on your property and what time the deer comes by your stand, where does the word hunting come in?

Well sgolisch, I hunt public land also and there is something called scouting the old fashion way to see if deer are in the area. Yes I know it takes alittle effort and as far as other hunters in your area, the answer is yes, it's public land lol .
