I had one stand there last year and I shot it with my pistol, thought I might have pics of that, but when I checked the camerait hadn't taken any pics at all. Oh well, stuff happens! But, if they stand there like that while I'm in that stand, they are allmost certian to get a ride in my truck!

Unfortunatly I didn't did get any nice bucks on my cam...but I did get this guy. Seems to think he thought my mineral lick was a good place for a nap. I guess if he comes by again this year I might have to get a bear license.

Here are some off of my camera, something decided to shove its nose against the lens so after Apr 26 my pictures are all blurry.

First up my picture with 9 whitetail!  I don't know if I have ever seen this many in one pic.

Here is another with 7.

Two of my bigger bucks in this picture.  I don't have a good picture of the one on the right yet, hopefully will get one soon.

Here is a better pic of the buck that was on the left earlier.

What the H is that black spot beside the tree and under the light?  Thought it was a coon, but I think its too big. If it was a coon its body would be up to the belly of a Whitetail. I haven't seen any hogs in the area before, but I think this may be my first.

For comparison for the first pic.  You can see how tall the black spot is when compared to the last whitetail in this photo.

Dclever, I think its just a coon, I think there is a smaller one half way between the mineral block and the black spot thats just washed out by the light.
Twolftg, where are you located that you got the bear pic, thats really neat!! Get a bear tag, his head looks huge!

Here he is again! He has a visitor, and he has potential, too!

I don't think they are BUDDIES though!

I sure wish I had a pic of what happened next!  But that was the end of the series!

JBW223, I hunt just north of Hinckley in Sandstone. I am just outside of the quota zone, so if he rolls by again in the next month our so I will probably get a bear license. That is the awesome thing about train cameras, the anticipation of what you are going to see when you pull a memory card. I was not expecting a bear and when I saw his head pop into the camera and then hang out for 3 hours it was almost as fun as sitting in the stand.

Twolftg, I used to bear hunt east of Hinkley in the state forest land by the Wisconsin border, years ago when I lived up that direction, had pretty good luck too,but it got to crowded.
I killed my biggest bear south of there just outside of Harris, but I haven't hunted that area in at least 17 years. Keep posting the pics, and let us know if you get to hunt him!

I checked a couple of cameras yesterday and got some good pics. This first one is strange, there is no animals in it, but it sure came out  a  strange color, looks kinda cool I think!

I really hate seeing these darn coyotes, got all my coyote gear out to go call this morning, but slept in instead.

I think its funny that I'm allways getting pics of the deer with there tounges out!

This is the buck that had his tounge out, but a few days later. He has a sticker growing of his left antler,
something to recognize him by!

He has company, and it's allmost a twin!

Property Dispute!

Didn't get any pics of the chase but the one without the sticker takes over the mineral lick!
