I got up before daylight this morning and went out to try and lower the coyote population.
I didn't have any luck with that, but I called in this hay field about 150 yards from this camera. I had 4 does come in right away
and then this buck showed up!
I obviously couldn't shoot him, but I did put the crosshairs on him broadside at about 50 yards and dreamed about it!
that was probably the only time I'll ever get him in my sights, but you never know!

I checked 5 cameras yesterday and had at least one really good buck on all but 1, and it only had does and fawns.
This one is huge, you can look back and see how much he's grown, he shows up pretty regularly

this one shows up alot too, a shooter for sure!

I hope these 2 make it through another year

I had a bunch of pics of this little buck, but I wasn't really paing much attention and I was just going
through and deleting them, until I got to this one and realized his right antler is non-typical, it goes down
by his chin,,,I hope I get some good pics of him in the future, I wonder if he would carry this traight on
year after year?

McAvene, thaty buck is certianly unique! Could you tell if it was caused by injury, or if it just grew that way?
This little buck is kinda strange too, and he has a hen turkey hanging out with him!
This buck looks huge, but this is the best pic I got of him, I think I have pics of him a few weeks ago,
and it looks like he's grown some!

I might be looking for these 2 next year!

I was going through my pics and checking to see how much some of the biggest bucks have grown when
I realized that 1 of the bigger bucks off one of my cameras was really 2 bucks that are almost the same
size. The only really noticable difference is the space between the browtines! I guess that doubles the odds
might see them during the season!

Jbw I couldnt tell if it was caused by an accident or not, I'v heard that it could be caused by an accident to the opposite side of the animal but im not totally sure I wish I could have had trail cam photos of him from seasons before but I dont. |
