My 11 yr old son and I would like to hunt hogs. Funds are very scarce but are willing to make much effort. We live in N. E. Kansas and would like to hunt in west MO or northern east OK on public ground or non-pay private. Any info or leads are welcome. I am a minister so midweek (1-2 days) hunting for us. I would check into the corp of engineers land around Harry S. Truman Lake.

I'm with RBERRY Ilive in NE kansas I to would like to hunt hog. Is there a web site for Harry S. Truman lake.

There aren't very many hogs in the Waynesville/Rolla area of Missouri. They are few and far between. Once word gets out where they are, the become targets pretty quickly. Good luck.

Well FT. Wood is between Waynsville and Rolla and there are a Bunch in and around there. along Big Piney River. FACT.

if you go to Ft Leonard Wood, go to the outdoor adventure center on post and talk to Deana or Frankie. Deana is the manager of the OAC and works with the game wardens all the time.
