Had the same problem when I joined and called customer service multiple times and finally they sent what they said they would. I ahd to write a post to bill miller several times and he finally responded but just words. this is a big scam and unless they change quiclk I wil not renew. As for the test items, well, have yet to recieve one , don't think I will. If I do I'm sure the bar of soap or hand warmers I will get I can do without and buy them myself. Once again bill is to busy hunting and doesn't really care about the average member, glad I decided against a life membership. Call customer service and tell them that if they send you unwanted material that you have to pay for that your not paying for the shipping back and they do send you a mailer. Web master might want to tell the management to read some of what the members are saying. P.S. The things I have recieved have all been MADE IN CHINA, funny that they call this the north american hunting club. Maybe it should be the northern china hunting club. |

I did get my free stuff. Did not expect the knife set to be anything I would use in the field, but it will make a good "white elephant" gift at our Christmas party. I was however quite surprised by the cookbook, not one single Elk dish. Guess a guy can always substitute the Elk for the Venison, but was surprised that with all the trouble to make a wild game cookbook that they did not add an elk menu. I have been hunting elk for at least 50 years, guess they are not as wild as I thought. I guess it leads me to wonder how many of the executives of the club actually hunt or is it just a business to them. I would be hard pressed to dress an Elk with the free knife set. It's hard enough to keep a good edge on the old reliable Buck through the entire process. Anyway good to see all you hunters on here. |

Well, if you'd of read the thread, you'd know the site is http://secure1.namgclubs.com/acq/de...?tabid=788 And that the contact information for the club is at the bottom of all of the pages. |
