boil birds, until coming off bone with onions, garlic, celery what ever else you like....strain broth, pick meat off bones, add to strained stock, add fresh veggies and season to taste..cook for approprate time...eat

HMMMMmmmm sounds alot like chicken or squirrel or even rabbit soup....Just fixed with Pheasant. By the way, It's JUST the way I make it and like it.

Yep works fer all dem critters too...even beef, bear or pork or one of my favorites ham (this includes bear hams)

Wood duck is also really good this way!
