I'm a lifetime member for many years and just noticed I haven't recieved a magazine for long time ! Who do i contact. the phone doesn't give any opptions to talk to anyone about it ! Plz Help !

Go to the botom of this page, and click the "contact the club" button, and send them a pm about this. You may have to send them several messages, but eventually, someone will reply to you.

The magazines are where the true value of membership is found. Regardless of the type of membership one has, the mags more than pay for the cost of joining.

I absolutly agree, i've always loved hunting and the outdoors! NAHC is just one more way to enjoy. the info givin by everyone is priceless

Call 1 (800) 922-4868 then press 8 to talk to a customer service rep.  I just did this and the lady I spoke to is sending me the last 2 issues.  I tried to contact the club using the email Contact Form  but it did not work.

For some reason my magazens stopped coming haven't got one sence june. i called the cxlub @1-800-922-4868 3 times, the last time they said they can't do anything about my back issues and should get dec. - jan issue by dec 15. my nephew got his in nov. and i haven't recived mine yet and it is dec. 17th, who else can i call sence i getting nowheres? I'd complain to the postmaster. It's been proven in more than one instance, that some postal service workers refuse to deliver hunting magazines. Do you know for a fact that the problem is on the club's end, or could it be someone with the post office is at fault. Are you receiving all of your other mail and magazines?

well, that's the problem rt. No one takes responsibility. Sometimes I get 'em sometimes I don't. Have registered complaints with both the club and the postmaster. Problem is, how ya gonna find out why and even after that how ya going to prove it. I've gone to " I give up". If I get some I take it as a plus but I don't expect to get the next one.

I did call the postmaster, he said if had the right address they get delivered, (I have A PO box) to call my magazine seller.

In that case, I'd just step up the phone calls and sending e-mails to the club until something is resolved. There aren't any other options that I'm aware of outside of contacting the BBB (which in most cases is a futile act).

Thanks friends...I called the number as well and got a service rep. mag. is suppose to be on the way..ill update when and "if" i get the mag.

Here it is 12/31/2012 called 4 times about not getting magazines and the postmaster still none sence before June. They say can get off pc but not paying the cost for the data. Think thats why not gitting them so have to get online!!!!!!!!!!!

wow finaly got one feb-/march issue

maybe we should start a "share" group... lol- ya get it, when you're done, ya forward it on to another one of us who don't receive it often... ;-)

LOL..Steve...It good to here from you. I was worried for awhile that the storm got ya......I should have known better.Yeah not getting off the thread...I also had to complain to the club. And I barely got this months issue. I feel like I have done what I needed to pay for 24 months...yet I didnt get december or januarys issue...I know Its a long stretch...but damn...I at least want my mag.I kinda figure maybe they should give us some points on "stuff stuff"Because they couldnt give us the magazine...Yeah I know ...lots of luck...lol....Ill keep trying though....."viva la boobies"...er I mean... god save the queen.....damn...please send me my magazines....lol

lol, thanks mwalton... no, a cement wall jumped in front of my Escape and I fractured 4 lumbar disks. A lot more on here who have/are going through a lot worse. Would be nice to get the mags while cooped up though. They say I passed out due to extremely low blood sodium.... beats me...

I've noticed across the years I would stop getting magazines as well. This has happened several times. Each time a quick all to customer service has resolved the issue. I never get an explanation as to why this occurs, just an apology and an assurance of delivery.
