Joe and Holly came by yesterday for short visit....only free gift they were looking for was not to be charged for entering Soddy Daisy Mueseum of Natural History......they are visiting Shiloh today and you , RT, may be next on there SE tour!

 I called to get help with my free gift , and the lady on the phone was rude . dont they get paid to help people?

jsmith291 call them back and if they start crap just ask for the name and then ask for a supperviser .Their attitude normally changes .

Maybe customer service reps are rude because people don't bother to go to the correct site that has been provided in this thread and several others at least 100 times. I'm sure they probably are just as tired of people who don't bother to follow direction, just as we members are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

customer service reps are paid to give information to customers.  they are not paid to be rude.  like someone said, if you get a rude one, get their name and ask for a supervisor.  then report them.

insanity - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.  if it's so hard on you to respond and be helpful, maybe you shouldn't respond.  seems simple to me.  of course, then you wouldn't seem so important if you did that.  and the post counts wouldn't go up.  and you don't speak for all the members here.  I like to see the ones asking questions about the free stuff because I know for a fact that someone, usually more than one, will say something that doesn't help a lick.  but it makes them feel important evidently.  because the response is usually the same ole, same ole.

I guess that by referring newbies to your post in the questions forum, and providing the correct link, doesn't make any effort to offer assistance. If you would notice, I've only posted comments after getting some sort of reply or more in depth question. I like to read the posts for entertainment.
