ssmith88, #1, no one from customer service or the NAHC reads these boards, so you are only addressing the members. #2, it's a very bad idea to put your member ID # out on a public forum, ID's have been stolen and misused in the past. #3, go down to the bottom of the page and click on the "contact the club" button which will take you to the proper site for you to send the company your e-mail message, as well as providing you with a phone number you can call. #4, I certainly hope you didn't join just for the freebies, 'cause you will be sorely dissapointed. #5, be sure to go back and re-read your membership agreement, carefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
