J69, sorry, I couldn't help myself

I'm not sure when you ordered yours, but you may want to order it again.

My order was placed on the 18th, or 19th of March. Either I got my knives relatively quickly, or your order didn't go threw

By the time you get 'em sharp enough to actually cut butter, about a third of the steel will be cut away!  But; what the hell, they were free and getting something for nothing is what has built the membership rolls of this organization!!!

I got a reasonable edge on mine with my Chefs Choice. Not great but reasonable. I'm going to put 'em on my fishing belt. If they get lost getting through the thickets getting to some of the out of the way streams.... oh well.

Steve, he could probably use the cook book to prepare some goat, camel, or chicken! I doubt he could come up with a pig or a cow over there, but I hear that burro kind of tastes like beef!

Steve, my wife glanced threw it, and seemed to like a few of the suggestions.

I say suggestions, because like me she uses a recipe as a basic template to be tweaked to suit our own tastes.

Yeah, that's why I don't bake.   I'm the cook in the house and don't know how to spell resipe let alone actually follow one.     My wife takes out the protein in the morning, and then I figure out what I'm going to do with it. I just open the fridge and cabinets and see what strikes me at the time.

Well, I got the knives yesterday, funny thing is today I had a message from the company when I logged in that I needed to update my address cause they are having problems delivering my gift, and that I don't have a valid address. Yet I got the knives yesterday. Not real sure what to do on this one.
