Howdy all! Coffee's on! Not too shabby here DD! Still working, so that's a good thing. Me n the Mrs. have been trying to buy a new house, but, it looks as though we are gonna have to wait til probly this fall.

49'er, finding a house on the market isn't the problem is it? it kind of remind me of the early 80's when i tried to buy my 1st. house. i found a house on a lake for 20 grand and i couldn't get anyone ta give me a mortgage because i didn't make over 20 grand a yr.

Wkeeler, the problem is, they told us to get some things on the credit bureu paid off. Well, to make a long story short, I borrowed money from my mom and used my income refund to get things paid off and caught up just for them to tell us that our debt ratio is too high. When they should have told us that in the first place. So, now we need to get some other bills paid off get our debt ration down below 41%. We are setting at like 43-45%. Bummer deal, but, Betty says,"good things come to those who wait."

Well anyways, got cold ones sittin on the porch (dam sure gonna stay cold out there hehe) and a bottle of American Honey in the deep freeze!
