Hey Snake and Skwirl,
Glad you liked the seafood and I am doing much better now, than I was when we went up north

. It was a ruff couple of days but the meds kicked in and bound me up as tight as a ratchet strap

. I haven't been out for anymore hunts but I still hear them in the mornings as I am heading out the door for work

. I have however been working at the farm ( evenings and weekends ) getting a bridge built across the stream that flows through it. I plan on putting a new road in and will need the bridge to traverse the stream. I am glad my late uncle had gotten those telephone poles when they changed them 5 years ago, they should make good beams. I still have enough poles left to build my hunting box a.k.a. tree stand. I think a 10'x10' should give me enough room. I know it sounds like a hotel room but I might need room for visitors and I want to be able to park my truck under it.
I talked with the neighbor at the farm and she told me that there was someone else over there hunting this past week

. I guess I will have to put the run on them if I don't know them. I also told her to get me plate numbers so I can find out who they are if she can. I wonder what part of ask permission they don't understand!
I hope the rest of you gents are having better luck than me right now. It seems that work and work is all I have been doing since the weather go nice. of course the rain and thunderstorms don't help either.
Well I guess I'll go to town to get spikes for the bridge decking, OH! can't for get the beer

! I can throw it in the stream to keep it cold

.
Well gents keep the powder dry and the beer cold and have a couple on me and here have a ceegar on me as well.
