okay...MR.vkinderi like all the praise for us vets...but i have a question for you.To be 1 ask 1.What are the dues for such an organazation? Most of my family was of these ..errr.traditions...what am im looking at to become one.

Mr mwalton7 the dues are different for different parts of the country. Find the lodge you are wanting to join and ask a member. Here where I am it is $75 for one time and then it is $55 a year. I hope this helps you some.

24/7, there are active military somewhere in the world. And the vets who have heard the cry "incoming", never forget the feeling. The best to all of you.

Mr.vkinder..i think this info is great.I have family members that think its still the secretive org. that it once was and therefore dont answer questions...lol i also know a few friends that just joined this year and they are not saying much as well...other than i cant afford the dues..which is bs...Dont you have to have 2or 3 peeps to get things started..as i have heard from my uncle(who just passed away last march)but his wife is an eastern.star..could that help me get vouched for to start the process? Mr mwalton7 as soon as you get a petion and fill it out and turn it back in. The lodge will make a investigating commity that will meet with you and talk to you.They will explain more and if you quaify they will be the ones to sign your petion. Then they will take it to the lodge to have it voted on. Once you have passed the vote then you will start your degrees. I hope this helps you and that you become a brother.
