The fella floating the river told me this was the first time he had been back in the area since January 5 of '81. While there, he found a stash of traps hidden in some rocks. I can't wait to go back and hear more of his wilderness stories.

If Pops can see his backside how come he didn't miss that rock he got busted up on? <!--graemlin:;)--> |

Dave, do you know Mr D? Maybe spend some time with him? Are you laying low with the barmaid?

Don't know the guy personally. I was thinking though that if he found those traps and decided to keep them he may want to change his name when he used them. Those little feline critters are pretty tough on an old guy out of shape like he is. Maybe he should change his name from Dallas to Balls. |

Why is he so popular? He tries to keep out of sight.

POPS, if you go back to hear more stories just be sure to stay out of his tent. I've heard he REALLY doesn't like that. |

The real reason you met up with Claude was to give him all the mail that had piled up over the years. Must have been a lot of trapping magazines in there since '87. That's real nice of you to do that POPS. That's what friends are for. |
