I took my grandson out on the quad today for about 3 miles into the woods. It's only about a foot deep and just comfortable enough to not worry about getting stuck. Some of the cricks and steeper hills were a small challenge though!

Love quading in the snow. Took Abby out on mine. Pretty much stayed in the yard, but did venture up our trail into my woods about 200 yards. Next morning when I was out with my dogs, saw that the deer were already using the quad tracks as trails to avoid the deeper snow!!

Then you'll have to check out the truck series this season, Paul. Supposed to be racing on a dirt track, don't know where, but should be interesting.

Trucks on dirt? That's different for sure, especially the NSCAR series. Up here, the local modified stock cars run 140 mph on the state fair grounds in Syracuse, on dirt! Pretty amazing!

I went into work Sunday to catch up the paperwork in my books. There is a lot that needs to be done at the end of each month and I don't quite trust others to do it for me. Then I went to a free Easter dinner at Howard Johnson's courtesy of a biker outfit from Jersey called "Under your Skin". The president of the club is called "Tattoo Tony" and has a tattoo parlor down there somewhere?
