Hey Gang, Havent been around in a long while...glad to see several old friends still visiting. Here's a round on me!! OK all, I have to live another sason vicariously through you guys..so please kee p up the tales (tall ones are good too). My son reported to me a reallly big dear in the front yard- biggest he's ever seen!! He " didnt see any antlers" so a nice grandma hanging out..trukeys in the driveway last week...... figure they know I'm not around?

I was planning on getting in the woods Sunday but had to work a 12 hour day today,So I am gonna take the wife out for dinner and drinks and plan on getting drunk so may next week I'll get in the woods.Goodluck everyone and bottoms up. |

Thanks everyone....and no haven't seen a single buck and only a sm 6 and sm 8pt on cam ...once...all summer...TONS of doe...so the boys should be showing up beginning this week...Did have one natural scrape show up...and little or no action at the ones I made...Will cut the doe up and make cubed steaks and jerky and sausage then when weather cools be out again....Best of luck to you all |
