moved into a new house over the weekend. Wife and I both will have much shorter drives to work, and it's a really nice house, much better than we ever dreamed of having. Kekoa, I will get my new address, numbers and stuff to you once I get the DSL hooked up. Untill then enjoy a nice sunset on the beach for me. |

45Hawken, congrats on the new house. Enjoy it. JD, thanks for the cigar, much better than one of your hands. I was surprised that you caught that, as Jeff says you are the slow one... Jeff, good to hear that you got another pig to put in the smoke house. Enjoy it. I hope everyone has a nice weekend. |

Well I finally got back in here!!!! This is getting bad... Hope all is well with everyone. I need to plan a hunting trip to the mainland this year or next! I need to go waterfowl hunting , and shoot a deer or an elk also!!! Wonder how much a truck is to rent? Might start in Cali and drive out to Mississippi or NC then up to Ohio and al;ong the top road back to Cali. Now that would be FUN!!!! Hunting Lic might get expensive unless the state has a Disabled Vet lic? Hummmmmm Cali does I know that. Any Ideas? |

The deadline for 2010 non resident Iowa deer tags is very soon. Can't remember exactly when but I know it is soon. Non res tags are expensive, but I can offer free room and food. If you want to hunt with a firearm, I have to warn you, it might be a wee bit colder than hunting in Hawaii. |

Come on out Jeff. I cannot guarantee good hunting but I CAN guarantee good company, cold beer, and many laughs. And a loud call at the drive through...

Man that all sounds good!!! Guess I could just do a waterfowl hunt across the USA!!! That would be fun!!! I'll have to look at a map and plan a route. |

I would love to join you but this year is not good. I already have the go-ahead for a cross-country trip upon retirement. From here to PA, then off to IL, maybe stopping in OH, then to WY and maybe ID...at least that is the plan. Gonna load up the truck with hunting and fishing stuff and take off for about a month. Obviously I need a bit more planning before I head out. |

JD and Jeff, thinking about trying to get a GT going soon in CA.
JD, I notice that you left CA out of your retirement trip, that MUST have been an oversight... I guarantee the company, beers and laughs, plus good food.
Jeff, waterfowling sounds fun if you don't mind going with a civilian. |

JD, picked that date out of the air... no reason why, but I figure the longer you are in, you will get stars on those shoulders.
Scotty, how do you like the state of TX? |
