went up to Mount Laguna , didn't see any deer, Bob saw three about 50 yds from his blind on the 23rd before we called it a day and packed up..

There is a reason to my madness Gordy. (heres your drinkSSS) First off, OK needs to beat Mizzu and Ohio goes to 2nd in the rankings which means National title. If Pitt beats WV then we go to 2nd and Nat Title. If they (Pitt and OK) win then we move to #1 and go to the Nat Title. I don't think Pitt can do it but I think OK will do it AGAIN. We'll see. I'll be camping this weekend but I'll have my phone with me.. hehehehe

What a football weekend!!! Ohio State is #1 and Hawaii is #10! Who would have figured on either? Drinks all around for everyone! Camping was great this weekend also. Anyone else here???? or am I the only one in Hawaii? Any visitors??? Hellooooo.......

Still in WA but I'll be on Maui for a week for christmas. I'll get some pig hunting for sure and if I'm lucky some deer and goat hunting. I'll have to see what my dad has planned.

Bacon, what about spam and eggs? Or portugese sausage.  When I come for christmas I'll drink gallons of POG and eat all the Poi and Poke' that I can handle. Can't get it at all in WA.

Just returned from my trip back home. Was 8 degrees thursday morning when we got  to the wooods in PA; 75 today when I pulled in the driveway in NC. Dang I miss the snow already!

No, unfortunately things didn't work out this time around. Maybe this spring for turkey season.

 

I am still on leave and was getting my stuff ready to go after ducks tomorow. I logged out on the web page and then it hit me-- the season is closed untl the 15th. Dang! I about forgot about that stinking split... oh well, guess I'll get the boat out and do some scouting.

Our season is closed until Sat so I took the wife and baby along for a scouting trip this morning. Had a good time on the boat and saw a few too. I am so looking forward to Sat!

That sounds like fun. Wish I could go help ya season some birds. I drove to Hilo yesterday and got a partial delivery of house hold goods. Guns and paintball stuff.... and some things for the wife too.
