Here in NY I pay $5 for a Sportsman(small, big game, and fishing) Archery privledge FREE muzzleloader FREE Trapping FREE DMPs(anlerless tags 2) $10. $15 sure beats the $94 you'd pay without 40% or more disabllity. What do other states do?

No discount in Wisconsin at this time. However, a 100% disabled vet can get a free state park and trail pass and a $3.00 fishing license. Wish they did though. Got my first invite to deer hunt in 10 years. Seems not many people want to hunt with a disabled person (vet). Wow, I have to gear up fast. Put on some weight in 10 years.

Here in Georgia I was issued a Lifetime License for FREE and the only cost associated with hunting or fishing is the cost of a Trout Stamp or Duck Stamp. This is for 100% disability Veterans and I have no clue if they offer anything for lesser ratings.
