Hell get rid of the state borders.. If the politicians don't believe the country has borders.. why should the states..

Georgia and South Carolina have had this debate for years, every time the Savannah River shifts, it moves an island from one side of the river to the other. Georgia wants to dredge the River channel to allow for a deeper port facility, which potentially could divert port traffic from Charleston to Savannah, so right now that's a hot topic of debate between the two states.
