Activists vow to protest Holley, NY 'Squirrel Slam'

Images Animal activists have vowed to "decend" on tiny Holley, NY Feb. 16 to protest the annual "Hazzard County Squirrel Slam," where adults and youth ages 12 and older compete for the heaviest squirrels. “A national conversation on gun violence is happening now in our country, and killing contests such as Holley's ‘Squirrel Slam’ subvert a civilized human culture --brainwashing children to think guns are cool and that terrorizing and killing animals is a fun, rewarded activity,” Friends of Animals said in a statement. Niagara Falls Reporter.

If the government(our tax money) didn't support these protesters ... they'd have to get jobs and wouldn't have time for such frivolous things.

"The BIG Lie" The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6] His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]
