It was reported this morning that shortly after his prediction ceremony yesterday Puxatauny Phil was the victim of a lone long range sniper. The Medical Examiner said that Phil suffered a traumatic brain injury from a 22-250 cal bullet. He is survived by his wife Puxatauny Jill and three sons Phil, Phil, and Phil. There will be a Memorial Dinner Monday where Phil will of course be the Main Course.
