This is so true... If they only really enforced the existing laws.. It is like the drunk driving laws.. How many repeat offenders still have their license and never go to jail!!!

But they've got plenty of time to enact laws that put greater restrictions on law abiding gun buyers!!!

Why bother prosecuting criminals when it's easier to harass those who actually obey the law???

And the point of the background check is what? The same with illegals, voter fraud, voter intimidation, and those in the administration ( tax cheats, frauds ect.) They'll pick and choose the laws to enforce, pathetic. Can't enforce the laws we have so we'll add more, make sense to me, freakin' morons.

Just sounds like Clinton administration that would not prosecute gun laws .It went from 90% under bush to 40% under Blamer .No they are to busy filing law suit agains't states over voting laws and immigration laws to have enough time to really prosecute the Blamer voters .Can not name all the things not prosecuted under Holder .Voter fraud ,Voter intimidation .Don't prosecute if it profits Blamer and his wants .

Maybe if they really used the background checks it might slow down the feds from sending guns into Mexico.

If they're anything like the secret service, maybe a few Columbian hookers might slow 'em down

I'd like to know who decides if I'm qualified to own firearms??? Last time I knew, only God was qualified for that decision.

The only ones that can keep criminals in check are voters ... unfortunately the majority are now on the government take  and are controlled by those same criminals.

My guess, is that the Obama Administration will soon create some other incident, to distract the American People from their gun confiscation plans.
